Confidential STD Testing and Sexual Health Support You Can Trust

When it comes to your sexual health, knowledge is power—and privacy is essential. At FirstCare Urgent Care Center in Oak Lawn, IL, we provide fast, discreet, and professional STD testing and counseling for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you’re experiencing symptoms, starting a new relationship, or simply want routine screening for peace of mind, our team is here to support you with respect and accuracy.

Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), also referred to as sexually transmitted infections (STIs), are more common than many people realize. Many of them cause no immediate symptoms, which means regular testing is often the only way to know for sure. Early detection not only protects your health but also prevents transmission to others and allows for faster, more effective treatment.

At FirstCare, we offer a full range of on-site STD testing services, including:

  • HIV testing

  • Chlamydia and gonorrhea screening

  • Syphilis testing

  • Herpes simplex virus (HSV) testing

  • Hepatitis B and C testing

  • Trichomoniasis

  • HPV and genital wart evaluations

Our testing options include urine tests, blood draws, and swabs depending on your symptoms or concerns. Results for many of these tests are available within a few business days, and we always take the time to review results clearly and confidentially—never rushing you through the process.

Our clinic is physician-owned and operated, offering a welcoming and private setting for sensitive concerns. We’re proud to serve patients in Oak Lawn, Burbank, Evergreen Park, Hometown, and surrounding Illinois communities. Whether you’re seeking one-time testing or regular screenings, you’ll be treated with compassion and zero judgment.

In addition to testing, we offer sexual health counseling to help you navigate symptoms, prevention strategies, and treatment options. If you test positive for any infection, we’ll provide clear next steps, including prescriptions when appropriate and guidance on how to talk to partners.

All patients are welcome, regardless of relationship status, gender identity, or insurance coverage. We accept most major PPO insurance plans and offer affordable self-pay pricing for those without insurance. We also respect your privacy—your information will never be shared without your consent.

You can walk in during clinic hours or schedule ahead for a more convenient time. Whether you're coming in for routine screening or need support for a new or ongoing concern, FirstCare Urgent Care Center is your trusted provider for confidential STD testing and sexual health counseling in Oak Lawn.

Take control of your health with care that respects you.

Yes. Most school and sports physicals are completed in a single visit and include all required documentation for school or athletic programs.

  • Do you offer STD testing even if I don’t have symptoms?
